NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the members of Saskatoon Road Runners Association Inc. (the “Corporation”) will be held at the Saskatoon Field House, 2020 College Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the hour of 1:00 p.m.  (Saskatchewan time), for the following purposes:

1. To elect directors of the Corporation, such directors to hold office for the next year;
2. To dispense with the requirement to appoint an auditor for the Corporation and also to dispense with the requirement to appoint any other person to conduct a formal review of the financial statements of the Corporation, in respect of its fiscal year ended September 30, 2023;
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2023, a copy of which is attached to this Notice, and to receive the Treasurer’s Report related to the financial statements; and
4. To transact and discuss such other business as may properly come before the Meeting, including the following:
