The flat, fast course, laid out through the scenic Wascana Park and University of Regina campus, is a 21.1 km Loop certified by Athletics Canada/Run Canada as accurate according to standards of the Road Running Technical Council. Marathon competitors who meet the Boston qualifying times will be eligible to register for Boston in the following year. Kick up your heels and enjoy the beautiful Elbow Recreational Trail on the shore of beautiful Lake Diefenbaker!
Bring the family and join us at the Elbow Golf Course for a 5K fun run. The course is set along a portion of The Great Trail (Trans Canada Trail) known as the Elbow Recreational Trail which will take runners along the shoreline of Lake Diefenbaker as well as the Elbow Harbor and Marina.
Register today! There are only 100 entries up for grabs.
Please note that this year’s course will be entirely on the Elbow Recreational Trail. The event will start at Tufts Bay and end with burgers and pints at the Harbor Golf Club. Please plan accordingly. All participants will go home with a wonderful Spring Run Off Participant package which includes: your choice of ‘Elbow Trail Merch’, a complimentary burger and beer compliments of our friends at Harbor Golf Club and Resort (must be used on event day) as well as a 2 for 1 golf pass for the 2024 season. Race packages can be picked up at the finish line.

Athletics Canada Certified Events include the flat and fast 5km, 10 km, Half and Full Marathon. And don’t forget the outragously fun 2.2 km Marafun!
