Monday Night workouts

Time: 6:00pm

Location: meet at the parking lot beside the old Mendel Art Gallery on Spadina Crescent (near the Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan site)

Note: Workouts run from the first Monday in April until the last Monday in September.

Workouts options: Recovery, Aerobic Power, Speed

All levels welcome. For 2019 the SRRA is inviting all current members of the Saskatoon Triathlon Club to participate with us as well.

We also hold 5km Time trials will be held 4 times per year.  Watch the calendar for dates.

Workouts are designed by  Craven Sport Services.

Description of workouts


Saturday Morning Long Run 

Time: 8:30am 

Location:  Brainsport the Running Store

Long runs are geared for half and marathon training.

No sign up required.
